Dubai attracted the most projects of any city in the Middle East and Africa in H2, 2017, with 103
Dubai was the top FDI city by projects in the Middle East and Africa in the second half of 2017, with 103 projects, well ahead of Tel Aviv, which came second with 22. Both Abu Dhabi and Johannesburg saw 13 projects in H2, narrowly ahead of Cape Town, which attracted 12.
